JV with MOL for Conventional Geothermal Power in Hungary

==> picture [153 x 66] intentionally omitted <==

  • CEGE submitted bid on 15

November for concession area containing well tested and acquired in 2010. Government expected to inform preferred bidder in Q1 2014.

• Work to evaluate the first well already acquired indicates that an economic geothermal resource exists that could support several MW of power generation capacity in the initial project. The total area is expected to support multiple projects.

  • Green Rock will seek funding for its interest from European investors.

  • MOL carry of last ~2 years expenditure has diluted Green Rocks interest from 50% to 47%

5

Milestones for next 6 months

==> picture [153 x 66] intentionally omitted <==

  • •Mid West Geothermal Power Project – complete funding and prepare to drill first well in 2H 2014

  • •Hungary – secure concession and European funding for GRK share

  • •Continue to review new opportunities

  • •Continue to keep tight control on spending to defer need for capital raising
