Black Cat Syndicate Limited (“Black Cat” or “Company”) advises of the issue of 1,719,000 options pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Company’s Incentive Option Plan, which was approved by shareholders on 25 November 2020.
An Appendix 3G will be lodged with ASX following this announcement in respect of the securities issued.
