This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of AGC Networks Limited (“the Company”) at its meeting held on September 10, 2020 has allotted 35,227 Equity shares to Mr. Sanjeev Shekhar Verma, Whole-Time Director (DIN:06871685) of the Company on exercise of Stock options by him as per the terms of “AGC Networks Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2015” (“the Scheme”).

Consequently, as on September 10, 2020, the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 29,81,51,030/- divided into 2,98,15,103 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/each.

Further, please find enclosed herewith statement under Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Shares Based Employees Benefit) Regulations 2014 in respect of the aforesaid allotment.
