We refer to our earlier letter no. AGC/SD/SE/2020/41 dated May 31, 2020, whereby AGC Networks Limited (“the Company”) had informed the Exchange(s) about the acquisition of Fujisoft Technology LLC (Dubai), Fujisoft Security Solutions LLC (Dubai) and Fuji Soft Technology LLC (Abu Dhabi) (collectively referred to as “Target Companies”) by Black Box Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Acquirer” or “Black Box”), an Indirect Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Company, by execution of Share Sale Agreement with Mr. Abizer Leelwalla Sajjad Hussain and Mr. Albert Raj Naricitti Peter (collectively referred to as “Sellers”) on May 31, 2020.

In this regard, we would like to further inform you that Black Box Holdings Limited has completed the acquisition of Fujisoft Technology LLC (Dubai) and Fujisoft Security Solutions LLC (Dubai) with the effective date being July 01, 2020.
