Mrs. Mahua will continue to serve in her current position till 31[st] January, 2024 to support an orderly transition.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD‐ PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are given in Annexure A.

I am writing to give notice of my resignation from the position of Chief People Officer at Black Box Limited (formerly AGC Networks).

This was not an easy decision for me after having spent over 13 years of my tenure in the company. After careful consideration, I have decided to move ahead and pursue my career goals in a different direction.

It has been a rewarding experience and I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the organization during my term here. I would like to thank you and the executive leadership for the support, mentorship and trust extended to me. I have also had the chance to work with an amazing team that I will always cherish.

As per the terms of my notice period, I would serve three months and like to be relieved from the services of the company on 31 January, 2024. During this time, I am committed to ensuring a seamless transition.
