2. Fixed book closure from September 20, 2019 (Friday) to September 26, 2019 (Thursday) (both days inclusive) for the purpose 33[rd] Annual General Meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on September 26, 2019.

3. Considered and discussed Fund Raising through various means and decided to defer the same.

The Board Meeting commenced at 11.00 AM and concluded at 1.16 PM.
