This is to inform you that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today i.e., August 12, 2023 has fixed book closure from Wednesday, September 20, 2023 to Tuesday, September 26, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 37[th] Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company which is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.
The Remote e-voting shall commence on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. and end on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 5:00 P.M.IST.
The record date/cut-off date for the purpose of the aforesaid AGM is Tuesday, September 19, 2023.
