The Remote e‐voting shall commence on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 9:00 A.M. and end on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at 5:00 P.M.IST.
The record date/cut‐off date for the purpose of the aforesaid AGM is Monday, September 19, 2022.
