On December 7, 2017, RELM Wireless Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share of the Company’s common stock, payable on January 16, 2018 to shareholders of record of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on January 2, 2018.

The press release announcing the quarterly cash dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
