Bittium Corporation: Announcement pursuant to chapter 9, section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act

On October 26, 2022, Bittium Corporation has received a notification under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act (FSMA), according to which Mr. Erkki Veikkolainen has acquired 40,000 shares in Bittium Corporation. In connection with the completion of the share purchase, Mr. Erkki Veikkolainen's aggregate amount of direct and indirect holdings in Bittium Corporation's shares and votes exceeded the five percent limit on October 25, 2022.
