Requesting to Receive Paper Copy: Shareholders who consent to electronic delivery of documents may receive from the Bitterroot a paper copy of any documents delivered electronically at no cost by contacting Bitterroot by, regular mail, fax or electronic mail at Bitterroot Resources Ltd. c/o 1130-400 Burrard Street, Vancouver, B.C. 2. Changing Delivery Information: A shareholder’s consent to electronic delivery may be revoked or changed, including any change in the electronic mail address to which documents are delivered, at any time by notifying Bitterroot of such revised or revoked consent by regular mail or electronic mail at Bitterroot Resources Ltd. c/o 1130-400 Burrard Street, Vancouver, B.C.
