The board of directors (the “Board”) of Bitdeer Technologies Group (the “Company”) has previously adopted a code of business conduct and ethics on March 8, 2023, which was effective on April 14, 2023. On October 7, 2023, the Board approved the amendment and restatement of the code of business conduct and ethics. A copy of the currently effective code of business conduct and ethics is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
