Bitcoin Group SE: Termination of mandate of CEO Marco Bodewein

Herford, November 29, 2024 – The Supervisory Board of Bitcoin Group SE (ISIN DE000A1TNV91 ) and futurum Bank AG and the CEO of both companies, Marco Bodewein, have mutually agreed that Mr Bodewein will step down from the Management Board with effect from November 30, 2024.

Mr Bodewein is leaving the Group at his own request in order to pursue new professional challenges. The Supervisory Board would like to express its sincere thanks to Mr Bodewein for his commitment and visionary leadership over the past few years. The Supervisory Board wishes Mr Bodewein all the best and continued success for his personal and professional future.

The succession process for the appointment of a new CEO of Bitcoin Group SE and futurum Bank AG has already been initiated.
