On June 26, 2025, BIT ORIGIN LTD, an exempted company incorporated in the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), established a wholly-owned subsidiary, BIT ORIGIN PTE. LTD. (“BIT ORIGIN Singapore”), a private limited company incorporated in Singapore. The Company directly holds 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of BIT ORIGIN Singapore. BIT ORIGIN Singapore is intended to serve as a holding vehicle for future fundraising activities and investments in the cryptocurrency sector.
