2021 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantı Gündeminin 6.maddesi gereğince; Yönetim Kurulu'nun 2021 yılı karının dağıtımına ilişkin teklifi okundu.

Ayrıca gündemin 6. maddesi kapsamında kar dağıtımına ilişkin öneri genel kurula sunuldu.

Gündemin 6. Maddesi ile ilgili olarak; Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği (II-14.1) hükümleri dâhilinde, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2021-31.12.2021 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarına göre, yasal kayıtlarımıza göre oluşan kârdan Türk Ticaret Kanununa göre ayrılması zorunlu genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan 29.888.871 TL net dağıtılabilir kar rakamının Kâr Dağıtım Politikası dikkate alınarak %15'i oranında (4.483.331 Brüt TL) 2021 yılı için kâr dağıtılmasına ve kâr payı ödeme tarihinin Şirket'in kuruluş günü olan 13.06.2022 tarihi olarak belirlenmesine karar verilmiştir.
