This is to inform you that, in terms of the “Birlasoft Share Incentive Plan-2019” (“Plan”), as approved by the Board of Directors on August 12, 2019, and by the members of the Company on October 3, 2019, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on May 31, 2023 has approved the cancellation of 12,19,500 Options, previously granted to the Eligible Employees of the Company under the Plan and the said Options would be available for grant/reissue under the said Plan.

This intimation is in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
