This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e. July 23, 2025, has noted/approved the following:

• a) Resignation of Ms. Kamini Shah – Chief Financial Officer, Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel of the Company, due to personal reasons, w.e.f. the close of business hours on August 7, 2025, and the resignation letter as received from Ms. Shah is attached herewith.

• b) Appointment of Mr. Chandrasekar Thyagarajan as Chief Financial Officer - Designate and Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective July 24, 2025, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He shall be appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from August 8, 2025, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and based on approval of the Audit Committee of the Company.
