This is to inform you that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof, for the time being in force) and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities/ Shares of the Company will remain closed from Monday, September 29, 2025 for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the Code, until 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2025.
