With reference to the above email through which clarification is sought with regards to significant movement in the price of the equity shares of the Company, we would like to inform that the Company has not withheld any material & positive information/ event that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 or any other material information/ event that in our opinion would have a bearing on the price/ volume behaviour in the scrip.

Therefore, the increase in the price/ volume of the scrip of the Company is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven, and the management of the Company is in no way connected with any such increase in price /volume.

Further, all the information/announcements which have a bearing on the Company's operations or price of shares are disclosed to the Stock Exchange immediately as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations. The Company has always abided by and complied with all the regulatory requirements and will continue to do so.
