To transact the following matters:
- To consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2023;
Further in terms of the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures & Conduct for regulating, Monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/KMP’S/designated employees (“insiders”) of the Company from 01[st] July, 2023 till 12[th] August, 2023 (both days inclusive).
