This is to inform you that in accordance with the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof, for the time being in force) for prohibitions of trading by insiders read with the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02[nd] April, 2019 and in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons & their immediate relatives of Birla Precision Technologies Limited (‘the Company’) the trading window for dealing in the securities/ Shares of the company will remain closed from Monday, 01[st] January, 2024 for the Directors, KMPs, Promoters & Promoters Group, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the code, until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31[st] December, 2023.

The Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated separately in due course.
