Subject: Intimation of under regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015- close down the operations at company’s Plants located at Waluj Aurangabad, Satpur, Nashik from Monday, 23[rd] March 2020 till further notice, to prevent further spread of Coronavirus.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that due to outbreak of COVID-19, in the Country. The lock- down announced by the Government of India, in compliance with the order of Government, The Company has closed down the operations at its Plants located at Waluj Aurangabad, Satpur, Nashik from Monday, 23rd March 2020 till further notice, to prevent further spread of Coronavirus. The Management has been considering to take appropriate steps to handle the situation.

The above will be reviewed on 30[th] March 2020.
