With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 w.r.t. fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities and disclosure and compliance thereof by Large Corporates (L.C.). As on 31[st] March, 2020 the Company fall under the condition (i) but does not fall under (ii) regarding an outstanding long term borrowing of Rs. 100 crores or above and (iii) regarding Credit Rating as mentioned in para 2.2 of the said SEBI Circular.
