Sub: Notice of Board Meeting as per Regulation 29 (1) (a) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD/CMDI/CIR/P/2020/38 dated 19[th] March, 2020 regarding intimation of holding the 02/2020-21 Board Meeting of the Company.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD/CMDI/CIR/P/2020/38 dated 19th March, 2020 regarding intimation of holding the 02/2020-21 Board Meeting of the Company. We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday i.e. 29[th] June, 2020 through video conference or other audio visual means, in accordance with the notification (Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Amendment Rules, 2020) issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated 19[th] March 2020, to consider & approve, inter alia the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31[st] March, 2020.

SEBI has relaxed the provisions of publication of notice in newspaper vide its circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2020/48 dated 26th March. 2020 read with SEBI circular No. SEBIHO/CFD/CMDI/CIR/P/2020179 dated l2th May,2020 for all events scheduled till 30[th] June, 2020, therefore the notice of Board Meeting shall not be published in newspapers.
