This is to inform you that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for prohibitions of trading by insiders read with the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02[nd] April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from 01[st] day of October, 2020 for the Directors, KMPs, Promoters & Promoters Group and Designated Persons covered under the code, to till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter& Half year ended on 30[th] September,2020.

The Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated separately in due course.

All Directors, KMP’s Designated Persons, Employees, concerned Persons and their relatives, Promoters & Promoters Group covered under the code are advised not to deal in the Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
