1. Re-designation of Mr. Vedant Birla (DIN: 03327691) from Chairman & Managing Director to Chairman & Executive Director for his remaining tenure subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and

2. Appointment of Mr. Ravinder Chander Prem (DIN: 07771465) as an Additional Director designated as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
