To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Cash Flow Statement and to take note of the Audit Report with Modified/Unmodified opinion, if any, thereon; and

2. To consider and recommend the Final Dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025.

As informed vide our communication dated March 25, 2025 regarding intimation of closure of trading window, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from Tuesday, April 01, 2025 and shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.
