Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI LODR, this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e., Wednesday, September 17, 2025, inter alia, transacted the following businesses:

1. Appointment of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.

Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Sweta Gupta (Membership No. A24200) as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from September 17, 2025.

This appointment is in compliance with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI LODR, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The details with respect to the said appointment as required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are provided in Annexure A .

Further, in terms of Regulation 30(5) of SEBI LODR, Ms. Sweta Gupta, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company is authorized by the Board for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and making disclosure of the same to the Stock Exchange(s) along with Mr. Ravinder Chander Prem, Managing Director of the Company who was previously authorized in this regard.
