Sub: Release of Corporate Guarantee given by the Company

We would like to inform you that SBICAP Trustee Company Limited vide its letter dated 7[th] May, 2025, has confirmed the release of the Corporate Guarantee of Rs. 600 Crores given by the Company (“Corporate Guarantor”) in favour of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited acting as Security Trustee for and on behalf of Consortium arrangement led by State Bank of India securing the credit facilities granted to Vindhya Telelinks Limited (“Borrower”). The Company has received the aforesaid letter through e-mail on 7[th] May, 2025 at 6:15 P.M.

This intimation is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11[th] November, 2024.
