Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) – Regulations, 2015 Resignation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)_

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we write to inform you that Shri Shalendra Kumar Thakur, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from the close of the business hours on 31[st] January, 2023 due to personal reasons.

Shri Shalendra Kumar Thakur will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) under the provisions of Section 203 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange w.e.f. close of business hours of 31st January, 2023.
