Şirketimiz Sermayesinin 77.288.314,130 TL den, 42.711.685,870 TL ilave bedelli olarak artırılarak 120 milyon TL ye çıkarılması ile ilgili olarak rüçhan hakkı süresinin uzatılmasına ilişkin İzahname değişikliği talebimiz 28.05.2018 tarihinde SPK tarafından onaylanmıştır. Bu onay ile 30.05.2018 tarihinde bitecek olan rüçhan hakkı kullanım süremiz 16.07.2018 tarihine kadar uzatılmıştır.

Rüçhan hakkı kullanmak isteyen ortaklarımızın süresi içinde hesaplarının olduğu aracı kurumlara başvurmaları gerekmektedir. Sermaye artırımımıza ilişkin rüçhan hakkı süresi uzatımına dair SPK onaylı belgeler ekte sunulmaktadır.
