• Resignation and Appointment of Non-executive Director

• Change in substantial shareholder

Bioxyne Limited (ASX: BXN or the Company) advise that effective 21 July 2014, Mr. Jeremy CurnockCook has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company, following his appointment as CEO of AIM listed Rex Bionics plc. Mr. Curnock-Cook first joined the board of Hunter Immunology Limited in March 2010 and was appointed to the board of Bioxyne Limited when Hunter Immunology Limited merged with the Company. The board thank Mr. Curnock-Cook for his services and support, especially over the past two years. We wish Mr. Curnock-Cook well in his new role.

The directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. George Cameron-Dow as a nonexecutive director of the Company, effective 21 July 2014. Mr. Cameron-Dow is a founding director of the corporate advisory firm St. George Capital Pty Limited and investment fund manager, Fleming SG Capital Pty Limited. His extensive corporate experience included being a director of JSE listed industrial group Consol Limited, and chairman of a number of Retirement and Health Insurance funds. Mr. Cameron-Dow was previously the managing director of ASX listed Xceed Capital Limited and a past director of ASX listed biotechnology company Calzada Limited. Mr. Cameron-Dow is currently chairman of ASX listed Windward Resources Limited and Naracoota Resources Limited. The board look forward to the contributions of Mr. Cameron-Dow to enhance shareholders value.

As announced to the market earlier today the Company was notified over the weekend that Fleming SG Capital Special Opportunities Pty Limited had acquired a 19.9% relevant interest in the capital of the Company.
