ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Annual General Meeting – Amendment to Resolutions

The Annual General Meeting of Bioxyne Limited (ASX: BXN) will be held on Thursday 24 November at 12 noon at the Boardroom of RSM Australia Level 13, 60 Castlereagh Street, Sydney.

Following the resignation of Mr George Cameron‐Dow on 18 November 2016 the Board advises that Resolutions 2 and 7 of the Notice of Meeting lodged with the ASX on 24 October 2016 will not be put to the meeting.
