ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Annual General Meeting – Amendment to Resolutions

The Annual General Meeting of Bioxyne Limited (ASX: BXN) will be held on Thursday 24 November at 12 noon at the Boardroom of RSM Australia Level 13, 60 Castlereagh Street, Sydney.

The Board advises that Resolution 4 of the Notice of Meeting lodged with the ASX on 24 October 2016 will not be put to the meeting, and will be dealt at a subsequent shareholders meeting.
