Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 24.11.2022, our Company's application to issue green and/or sustainable lease certificates which will be sold to allocated and/or qualified investors in domestic market without a public offering in coupons within the 1 (one) year from date of Capital Markets Board ("CMB") approval in varying maturities denominated in Turkish Lira based on management agreement in accordance with Communiqué on Lease Certificates No. III-61.1 has been approved by CMB on 06.04.2023 with a sustainable lease certificate issuance ceiling amounting to TL 100.000.000. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
