Pursuant to our Company's Board of Directors' decision dated 31.10.2022 and numbered 23 our Company, Biotrend Çevre ve Enerji Yatırımları Anonim Şirketi, decided to participate as a Fund User/Originator to issue green and/or sustainable lease certificates based on management agreement in accordance with Art. 10/(3) of the Communiqué on Lease Certificates No. III-61.1 of CMB ("the Communiqué") and the Guidelines on Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Green Lease Certificates and Sustainable Lease Certificates within the 1 (one) year from the date of decision of Capital Markets Board ("CMB") on approval of the issuance document in varying maturities in Turkish Lira ; and to issue these lease certificates which will have a size of up to TL 500.000.000,00 (FivehundredMillionTurkishLiras) to be sold to allocated and/or qualified investors in domestic market without a public offering in coupons by Kalkınma Yatırım Varlık Kiralama Anonim Şirketi as the investment institution; and to apply to the CMB and other relevant institutions and organizations for the aforementioned issuance.
