Pursuant to our Company's Board of Directors' decision dated 31.10.2022 and numbered 23, our Company filed an application with Capital Markets Board ("CMB") on 23.11.2022 for which our Company will be participating as a Fund User/Originator to issue green and/or sustainable lease certificates based on management agreement in accordance with Art. 10/3 of the Communiqué on Lease Certificates No. III-61.1 ("the Communiqué") and the Guidelines on Green Debt Instruments, Sustainable Debt Instruments, Green Lease Certificates and Sustainable Lease Certificates published by the CMB on 24.02.2022 within the 1 (one) year from date of CMB's decision on the approval of issuance document in varying maturities denominated in Turkish Lira; and to issue these lease certificates which will have a size of up to TL 500.000.000,00 (FivehundredMillionTurkishLiras) to be sold to allocated and/or qualified investors in domestic market without a public offering in coupons by Kalkınma Yatırım Varlık Kiralama A.Ş.as the issuer. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
