Biotage AB (publ) appoints new CFO

Annette Colin has been appointed as new CFO and member of Biotage AB

(publ) Group Management, based out of the Group Headquarters in Uppsala,

Sweden.

Annette brings more than 30 years of experience from different functions within finance and management, mostly in the life science industry. Annette has a long career in executive management positions, for the most part as CFO, and she has been a member of the management team in several publicly listed companies. Most recently Annette has been running her own consultancy business within finance, business development, management and transactions. Examples of previous job experiences are with Annexin Pharmaceuticals AB (publ), Observe Medical International (publ), Stille AB (publ), Lindab International AB (publ), Perbio Science AB (publ) and EY.

Annette assumes her new position on April 1, 2020. Lars Bäckman will leave his role as Interim CFO simultaneously and return to his role as CLO.
