Biotage AB (publ) – board member Anders Walldov leaves his assignments
Anders Walldov, member of the Board of Directors, sold his and with him related companies' entire shareholding in Biotage on 17 May 2016.
Anders Walldov will keep his assignments as a Board Member and a member of the Compensation Committee up and until the Board meeting on 10 August 2016. A new member of the Compensation Committee will be appointed at the forthcoming Board meeting.
The current Nomination Committee has not notified the company about any intention to suggest a new member of the Board of Directors in advance of convening the new Nomination Committee for the 2017 AGM.
