Further to company announcement no. 37 of September 12, 2013, BioPorto A/S can hereby inform that the shareholding disclosed in said announcement is held by Jan Leth Christensen through EG Kapital ApS, Jano Div ApS and Ejendomsselskabet Jano ApS, all of which are controlled by him. Ejendomsselskabet Jano ApS alone holds more than 5 % of the share capital and voting rights in BioPorto A/S.
