Today, BioPorto has received notice that Fredensborg Korn- og
Maskinanpartsselskab, Hillerød has received shareholder proxies to vote at
BioPorto’s Annual General Meeting on April 10, 2014, meaning that Fredensborg
Korn- og Maskinanpartsselskab holds 13.7% of the shares and voting rights in
BioPorto A/S.
After the Annual General Meeting the proxies will expire and Fredensborg Korn-
og Maskinanpartsselskab will thereafter hold under 5% of the shares and voting
rights in BioPorto A/S.
