New CFO and Executive Vice President Sales at BioPorto A/S

Mr. Otto Rasmussen is appointed new CFO as per January 1, 2014 and will be part of the executive management team. He replaces CFO Frank Harder, who resigned at his own request. Mr. Otto Rasmussen comes from a position as Senior Finance Director at Novozymes and has been at Novozymes for a number of years and before that at Novo Nordisk. Mr. Otto Rasmussen holds an MSc in accounting from the University of Southern Denmark, a CPA (certified public accountant) from New Jersey and management training from Harvard.

In addition, Mr. Finn Fjorder was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales on October 1, 2013. Mr. Finn Fjorder has 18 years of experience in the med-tech industry at home and abroad, most recently at Pnn Medical and before that at Medtronic. Mr. Finn Fjorder holds an MSc in chemistry from the Techincal University of Denmark, supplemented by management training from Copenhagen Business School.
