On November 9, 2021, BioNTech SE (the “Company”) and Pfizer Inc. today announced they have submitted a request to amend the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for a booster dose of their COVID-19 vaccine to include all individuals 18 years of age and older.
