On November 18, 2020, BioNTech SE (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that BNT162b2, the Company and Pfizer Inc.’s mRNA-based vaccine candidate against SARS-CoV-2, has met all of the Phase 3 clinical study’s primary efficacy endpoints.
