Lodgement of Appendix 3Y – Change of Director’s Interest Notice

Biome Australia Limited (ASX:BIO, “Biome” or “the Company”), the microbiome health company, encloses an Appendix 3Y for Ms Dominque Fisher that was not lodged in time due to an administrative oversight.

Upon being notified of the oversight, the Company has taken action and lodged the relevant Appendix 3Y enclosed.

The Company has reviewed the administrative error that caused the late lodgement of Ms Fisher’s Appendix 3Y and confirm that the internal processes that we have in place are otherwise effective to ensure that the Company is able to meet its continuous disclosure obligations under Listing Rule 3.19A & B.
