Change in the number of shares and votes in BioInvent International AB

Lund, Sweden – 30 April, 2019 – BioInvent International AB (publ) (BINV) today announced that the company's total number of shares as per 30 April 2019 amounts to 501,099,960 shares, corresponding to an equal number of votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from the rights issue of 131,549,988 shares announced on 25 February 2019.
