Biohit's Financial Reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2015

Biohit Oyj Stock Exchange Release, November 10, 2014 at 2 P.M. local time (EET) Biohit will release its financial statements for 2014 on Thursday 26th of February 2015 at 9:30 AM. Biohit Oyj's Annual General Meeting has been planned for Monday 20th of April 2015 at 3:00 PM local time in Helsinki, Finland. The Board of Directors will call the General Meeting at a later date. Company will publish three interim reports in 2015, based on the following schedule: • Interim report for period January - March 2015 (Q1) on Thursday 7th of May 2015 at 9:30 AM. • Interim report for period January - June 2015 (Q2) on Thursday 20st of August 2015 at 9:30 AM. • Interim report for period January - September 2015 (Q3) on Thursday 22rd of October 2015 at 9:30 AM.
