Biohit’s Chinese Joint Venture proceeding as planned

Biohit Oyj November 11, 2013 at 11 A.M. local time (EET) The official Certificate of Approval required for the establishment of a Joint Venture with foreign investment in the People's Republic of China has been received for the Joint Venture formed between Anhui Wisdom-win Investment Co, Ltd. and Biohit Oyj. The Joint Venture has been registered as Biohit Healthcare (Hefei) Co., Ltd., located in the city of Hefei in Anhui province, China. The regulatory approvals regarding the start of the production are pending and are expected to be finalized during 2014.
