Biohit HealthCare signs distribution contract with Euro Diagnostica

Biohit Oyj Stock exchange release 28.5.2012 at 15.30 Finnish health care company Biohit Plc. signed a distribution contract on Thursday May 24th with EuroDiagnostica an International diagnostics company, based in Malmö, Sweden . Euro Diagnostica will exclusively distribute and market Biohit's biomarker test, GastroPanel, in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The company singed also a non-exclusive distribution agreement for Germany, Switzerland and the Netherlands. GastroPanel examinations diagnose diseases of the stomach and the risks associated with these diseases. Wieslab laboratories will also include GastroPanel into the product offering in Sweden and in the Netherlands. ‘'We are looking forward very much to the collaboration with Biohit as the company's portfolio complements Euro Diagnostica's line of business,'' says Else Beth Trautner the CEO of Euro Diagnostica.
