Biohit Oyj has received an announcement from Biohit Healthcare (Hefei) Co., Ltd on June (city and country of residence: Hefei, Anhui, Peoples Republic of China) 8, 2018 in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5.

According to the announcement, the total number of Biohit Oyj shares owned by Biohit Healthcare (Hefei) Co., Ltd has increased over thirty (30) per cent of the share capital of Biohit Oyj and total number of Biohit Oyj voting rights owned by Biohit Healthcare (Hefei) Co., Ltd has increased over twenty five (25) per cent of all voting rights on June 8, 2018.
